ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT PROCUREMENT OFFICE The Town of Plymouth seeks qualified applicants for the position of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for the Procurement Office. Para-professional administrative and secretarial duties including processing invoices for payables, record keeping (payroll and budgets), typing, filing, and customer service. Responsible for coordinating and organizing the activities and daily operations of the office, bid process assistance, procuring supplies, maintenance of office equipment, and other tasks to support the Town departments. Attendance at Building Committee meetings will be required. Must have a strong background in Excel and Word with knowledge of MUNIS, good written and oral communication skills, and ability to learn new software; accounting skills preferred. Qualifications: high school degree with courses in secretarial skills; five year’s experience in office management or responsible secretarial work; or an Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field and two years experience in office management.
