ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WATER DIVISION The Town of Plymouth seeks qualified applicants for the position of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for the Water Division. Responsibilities include: Supervision of the Water Division Office. Oversees scheduling of the meter reading and water/sewer billing. Para-professional administrative and secretarial duties including record keeping, typing, customer service, and the coordinating and organizing of the activities and daily operations of the office. Related work as required. Qualifications: high school degree with courses in secretarial skills; five year’s experience in office management or responsible secretarial work; or an Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field and two years experience in office management. Salary $21.0293/hour, 37.5 hours/week. This posting will close on February 5, 2018.
