The Public Works Department is looking for an:

Administrative Services Manager Regular / Full-time $54,200.12 - $81,400.00 Annually

Position Summary:

The Town of Breckenridge Public Works Department is seeking a highly detailed and uniquely qualified individual to join our diverse team of managers as the Administrative Services Manager.  Reporting to the Public Works Director and the Assistant Directors, the incumbent in this position is responsible for managing the Administrative operations and providing support and guidance, to the seven divisions within Public Works – Administration, Streets & Parks, Transit, Engineering, Facilities, Water, and Fleet. Additionally, the incumbent in this position works in partnership with the Town's Human Resources division and oversees key human resource functions within the Public Works Department. 

This position requires a high level of critical thinking, problem solving, project management, supervising/coaching, and communicating. The incumbent in this position must demonstrate ownership, leadership and accountability for the work product, project completion and for ensuring quality and professionalism. Additionally, this position requires a high level of administrative, organizational and analytical skills as well as an ability to apply learning in this role. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong background in human resources, but will also have additional experience in budgeting/finance, and administrative management.
