Front Desk Clerk 3 days a week. Starting at $15.28 an hour DOE.

DESCRIPTION

The Front Desk Clerk is the first point of contact at the Silverthorne Town Hall and assists the professional and friendly Finance and Administration team. This is an opportunity to greet, assist, direct, and overall give a positive impression of the Town and the community. This position is responsible for general administrative tasks, processing payments, maintaining office supplies, and picking up and distributing mail to Town departments.

 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate would have prior administrative and financial / cash handling experience and a positive and friendly demeanor. The successful candidate must be able to work three days a week and pass a background check.

  • High School graduate or have a GED
  • A Valid Colorado Driver's license
  • Either currently have or have the ability to obtain a Notary Public license within 90 days of hire
  • Proven computer experience with Microsoft Office suite
