DescriptionThe National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC), a $25 billion industry leader that provides financial services to America's network of rural electric cooperatives, seeks a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Risk Management team within our corporate treasury finance group. In this position you will have the opportunity to administer and service all aspects of CFC's derivatives portfolio, provide trade support, assist with economic and capital markets research and work collaboratively across the broader treasury finance group

As a Financial Analyst, you will:

* Be responsible for all aspects of administration and servicing of CFC's derivatives portfolio.
* Assist with the execution of CFC's derivative transactions and the quarterly valuation process of CFC's derivatives.
* Assist in the production, review and organization of the quarterly Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) report.
* Work with the Capital Markets Research department to develop analysis of key macro-economic and macro-financial sector developments and trends.

RequirementsTo be successful, you will need:

* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, financial risk management or capital markets.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Math required.
* Bond issuance and derivatives experience is preferred.
* Intermediate knowledge of financial principles and the ability to apply this knowledge.
