Job Description and Responsibilities:

* Ability and willingness to perform clerical functions as needed
* Willingness to learn different areas within the organization
* Work on different projects within the department as well as team projects
* Back up other team members during vacations and/or leaves of absence

Activities:

* Assigned Group Project
* Special assigned projects by department leaders
* Lunch with CEO's

* Intern Mixer (Dallas Regional Chamber)
* Texas Rangers (Globe Life Suite)

Required Skills

Must have obtained at least junior status in a Bachelor degree program (Finance, Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, or other related fields)

* We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem solving abilities.
* Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
* Must have strong MS Excel skills and be proficient in all other MS Office applications
* Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested)
* Have the ability to work 40 hours per week May 27 - July 26, 2019.
* U.S. citizen or legal resident.

Required Experience

* Demonstrated mathematical ability required
* Basic computer skills in Excel
* Basic computer skills in SQL preferred but not required
