Our Vision for this Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our North American Supply Chain Solution Delivery team.  Using knowledge of industry best practices and business analysis skills you will help plan, analyze and define leading solutions to our rapidly growing North American and Canadian divisions including Marshalls, Homegoods, TJMaxx, and Winners.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting with solution estimation, project implementations, and options analysis, including buy vs. build, shared vs. specialized solutions, gap-fit analysis, and custom solution development.

The Skills that will Make You Successful

  • Strong knowledge of solution development life cycle methodology and appropriate techniques, including waterfall, agile, prototyping, and package enable configurations
  • Experience working on projects and meeting project compliance requirements
  • Ability to analyze complex multi-divisional requirements, seeking to optimize unique vs. shared solutions appropriately
  • Ability to define and drive requirements, testing, end user satisfaction and acceptance
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and business partnering skills 
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with senior and line level business clients regarding project scope, status, options and change management
  • Ability to plan and manage the work of business analyst and/or testing resources on large initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience with Supply Chain and/or Retail processes
  • Familiarity with leading packaged supply chain solutions, specifically warehouse management, labor management, and transportation management solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT regulations including SOX, PCI and privacy laws, security methodologies, controls and access.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired
