We currently have the following Full Time and Part Time positions available

 

Full Time 

 

Engagement Coordinator: The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supervision of the front end as well as assigned administrative tasks within the store. The Engagement Coordinator works with Management to ensure that both Customer and Associate engagement philosophies are operational and that tasks associated with both are executed. Must have open availability including the ability to work nights and weekends and open to being cross-trained in all other departments.   

 

Backroom Coordinator: To oversee and execute the timely processing of merchandise utilizing the concepts, methods and procedures with accordance to the company standards. Supervise and train all Associates assigned to the backroom processing and partner with Store Management to resolve all discovered shipping, packaging, ticketing and labeling problems. Must have open availability including the ability to work nights and weekends.

 

Merchandise Coordinator: Ensures merchandise flows to the sales floor, create presentation, signed/ticketed and recovered according to company standards. Provide ongoing, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers. Partner with Management to establish merchandising plans and priorities for assigned departments. Must have open availability including the ability to work nights and weekends.

 

Part Time:

Merchandise Associates may be assigned to one or multiple areas of the store, e.g. sales floor, cashier, processing, markdowns or maintenance.

Provide prompt courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers

Help with merchandising and feature presentation on the sales floor

Ensure accurate cash register procedures in accordance with company guidelines and policies

Process new merchandise according to company procedures

 

 

Requirements

- Previous experience in leadership roles

- Desire to pursue a career in Retail Management

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to take initiative

- Creative, enthusiastic, energetic, and flexible

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow through skills

- Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a large team
