Job Description:

  • Responsible for making sure that all projects stay within budget.  If a store is over budget, the fixture adm partners with the appropriate resources to determine if the scope of work needs to change.  The budgets the fixture adms are responsible for in new stores is up to 313K and in remodels up to $277K.
  • Responsibilities include reading, interpreting and analyzing fixture C-set store plans to create purchase orders for specific store needs.  These responsibilities include orders for remodel, new and special projects for Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Combo stores, Sierra Trading Post and Atlas.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing historical data to determine the fixture needs for specific locations.  This includes reviewing photos, site surveys and project manager feedback.
  • Collaborates with Store Operations Managers to determine if additional field requests are justified and valid.  If needs are justified, additional purchase orders are placed. 
  • Before replacement purchase orders are created, the fixture administrator challenges the fixture contractors on site and project manager to dig deeper to justify the replacement order. 
  • Responsible for being the liaison throughout the length of each project.  This includes communicating in a timely manner, processing additional requests, provides support for installation questions and ensures that the punch list are complete and closed out.
  • Plays a critical role in providing feedback on quality issues and supplier performance to ensure that TJX expectations are being met.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the Fixture ordering system, Timberline up to date and 100% accurate by creating and updating formulas, quantity changes, item additions and item deletions.



  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in retail/customer service
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, etc.
  • Experience with Oracle and creating purchase orders
