As the Manager of Digital Experience, you will lead the digital customer experience on the eCommerce websites (desktop, m.dot and tablet) for our Sierra Trading Post banner.

Ways you will make a difference:
Partner with Product Content leads to incorporate product copy, video, and photo to maximize on-site search functionality
Collaborate with Digital Marketing to ensure alignment on onsite marketing strategy and SEO/SEM, as well as email marketing teams to create synergies between campaigns
Provide oversite of site features and functions roadmap
Manage end-to-end site experience and all Front End changes to the site including website content and A/B testing

. Solid leadership skills and experience developing a team
. Ability to operate and navigate a Matrix environment
. Strong partner and relationship builder you will need influence and drive results with various areas of the business
. Agile and innovative thinker
. Completed Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience

. Responsible for overall eCommerce site experience for Sierra Trading post including UI/UX, static content, on-site search, A/B testing, content versioning/targeting, and conversion rate optimization
. Identify site features and functions to maximize conversion rate optimize and average order value (includes checkout, shopping functions and overall site structure)
. Provide thought leadership on the user experience and manage projects/teams to build and continuously improve UI/UX
. Develop and oversee the process for A/B testing, from development, execution, and analysis to enhance the customer experience
. Monitor web analytics to assess the effectiveness of projects in terms of revenue, conversion rate and established goals
. Work with IT to ensure high levels system reliability and data integrity
