About The Role

Tishman Speyer is excited to announce the launch of our Coworking business. Our Studio Ambassadors are the key drivers for ensuring the member, sales, and operational success of our coworking locations with the main goal helping our Studio's members build their legacy. Studio Ambassadors will run all aspects of Studio operations and make recommendations on best practices to the General Manager and corporate team for the benefit of the broader company.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide proactive and warm service that are above and beyond to maintain member satisfaction and retention
* Plan and execute events that help our members interact with the Studio and greater NYC community as well as foster professional and personal development
* Interact with members daily to help develop relationships, foster community connections, and obtain feedback on quality of product, event requests, service levels and overall satisfaction
* Resolve member complaints in a timely manner and settle disputes, grievances and conflicts that may arise within the community


* Manage all leads and tour pipeline in Operate
* Tour and sell Studio membership plans and studio space to prospective new members
* Proactively engage existing members to understand their office needs and ensure member retention
* Create and implement outreach, lead generation, and sales conversion strategies with local and corporate team to help maintain occupancy goals
* Support team in best practices to maximize revenue through ancillary fees


* Manage day-to-day community operations to exceed member expectations and uphold quality and standards of our Studio space
* Oversee staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
* Ensure the education and enforcement of the Studio's policies and procedures for all members
* Develop and maintain relationships with all third party partners (building, facilities, F&B, etc.) to ensure efficient, effective, and excellence in operations
* Conduct weekly quality assurance walkthroughs and member concerns analysis to identify address areas of opportunity and create action plans
* Manage building budget and prepare expense reports and analysis for Management review
* Communicate and oversee member move-in and move-out procedures and schedules
* Ensure timely on-going communication is happening with local community team as well as the corporate team to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations, recognizes performance, and produces desired results

Experience & Requirements

* College graduate with four-year degree
* 2+ years experience in sales, operations, or hospitality - customer service experience required
* Financial literacy, project management and business operations experience a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Passion for working with people and creating initiatives
