Primary Objectives:

The Court Rules Editorial team is seeking a full-time intern to assist in the administration, organization, and coordination of Court Rules content. This role will support the Court Rules Editorial team in the Thomson Reuters Legal Content Strategy & Editorial organization.

Responsibilities:

* Compares: assist Court Rules Attorney Editors with creation and analysis of jurisdictional rules content.
* Assist on specific projects which may include organizing information, process improvement, data analysis, and metrics reporting.
* Communications: aid in creation of spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and other communication channels.
* Ad hoc research and analysis to support Court Rules Attorney Editors.



Qualifications:

* Enrolled in J.D. program in ABA-accredited law school.
* Creative thinker with ability to bring innovative ideas to the team.
* Self-motivated, self-directed, achievement oriented.
* Outstanding organization and communication skills and ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships.
* Solid computer and software literacy, with the ability to learn new technology quickly
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for internal business systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, WebEx).
* Must be able to start on May 28th or June 3rd and commit to 10-12 weeks at our Eagan office. We are unable to provide reimbursement for travel or living expenses.
