Job Description

The Thomas Jefferson Foundation seeks a finance professional to perform management reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and projections. This position will be responsible for compiling the Foundation's annual operating budget, evaluating and monitoring budgets for special projects, analyzing unit performance and recommending cost efficiencies, and evaluating the financial performance of revenue-generating operations. The analyst will prepare and maintain financial models as directed by the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Candidates must have experience in financial modeling and analysis, familiarity with GAAP, strong communication skills, superior attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics. MBA preferred. Open until filled.
