Job Description

Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.

Responds to staff IT needs by providing basic support and troubleshooting.

Gather and analyzes information from the end users to determine a solution to resolve the problem.

Diagnosing computer errors to provide technical support.

Working knowledge of AutoDesk and Adobe products needed.

Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems.

A/V support for presentation set-up needs.

Clean and repair computer hardware, such as keyboard and printers.

Train end-users how to setup and use new technologies.

Backup and restore datafiles and systems.

Seeks direction from Level 3 Support.

Certifications/Education:

Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in years of experience.

CompTIA A+ Certification.

CompTIA Network + Certification.

CompTIA Security + Certification.

MCSA: Windows 10.

MCSE:Desktop Infrastructure.

Qualifications
