In this role you will

As an Agile Scrum Master in Vanguard's Retail Division, you'll work with a team that's changing the way IT gets done at Vanguard. With a focus on value delivery vs. project delivery, your understanding of agile frameworks and practices will be called upon as you coach and mentor your team so that its collective output improves sprint after sprint. You'll also have opportunities to share your best practices, tips, and techniques with other agile scrum masters across the lab teams.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to help generate robust APIs and provide strong technical leadership on one of the most important projects at Vanguard - API Team. Your fresh ideas will directly impact our marketing strategy and help us redefine the world of mutual funds. While your analytical approach to problem-solving, underpinned by strong organizational skills, will make you a valuable member of a collaborative team that shares ideas and solves problems in new ways. Qualifications:

What it takes

* Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience
* 3+ years of Scrum Master responsibilities
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong, demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Ability to implement instrumentation to gather business-specific metrics around consumer usage patterns
