Job Description

Responsibilities of the Position:

Teaching graduate courses; serving on master and doctoral committees; conducting applied analyses and disseminating findings to the academic, professional and local communities. Additionally, preferred candidates will have the potential to develop and sustain an active portfolio of extramurally funded research; have expertise in healthcare economics; and have experience in a healthcare system. The position is located at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. Opportunities exist for interdisciplinary and collaborative research initiatives and training programs with other Departments and centers throughout the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

Minimum Requirements: Candidates for this position must have an earned Ph.D. in Health Economics or a related area. A record of teaching and research at a graduate level academic institution with a history of published research in peer-reviewed journals and extramural funding are desired attributes.
