The Media Production Specialist is responsible for filming and editing digital media content for medical education, training, special events and marketing content in an orthopaedic clinic and research institute setting. Key Responsibilities: Film long- and short-form digital media content for a variety of educational and training purposes Edit digital video to produce content for education, training, marketing and special events Work independently and collaboratively to produce digital content for cross-platform distribution Interact professionally with internal and external clients to exceed project expectations Manage digital media through proper offloading, transcoding and archiving Create basic motion graphics, color correct and mix sound for project delivery Photograph employee portraits, special events and lab experiments as needed Attributes and Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience working in digital media Experience with 4K and HD video formats, camera operation and basic lighting Professional efficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro required; experience with AfterEffects and PhotoShop a plus Personal characteristics include flexibility, enthusiasm, effective interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to multitask and prioritize; must be detail-oriented Must be a self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
