Job Description


Use computers and related systems to design new IT solutions, modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity while adhering to Manufacturing Industry requirements.


  • Analyze existing systems and business models;
  • Mapping and documenting interfaces between Legacy and new systems.
  • Understand software development life cycle.
  • Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
  • Work closely with colleagues and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
  • Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration.
  • Support users on change control and system updates.
  • Provide training and user manuals to users of a new system.
  • Work with business users to fulfil reporting/information needs.
  • Evaluate business requirements for feasibility - communicates to client feasibility of business requirements.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including both hardware and software.
  • Develop and implements test plans, assuring quality in all project deliverables.
  • Document software features and functionality.


  • Associate or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry
  • Experience with Systems Analysis
  • Experience with SAP Business Objects; Cognos; QlikSense; PowerBI; Tableau; Hyperion; Sisense; Crystal Reports; Looker; SaaS; SQL (Highly Desired)
  • Experience performing SWOT analysis.
  • Experience performing Gap analysis.
  • Familiar with Pareto Analysis.
  • Experience working with Relational Databases and Flat File databases.
  • Partner with users to understand business functions.
  • Explain IT issues to users at their level of understanding.
  • Excellent Oral and Written skills.
  • Interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
