Job Description

Job Brief
The Recruiter Associate (RA) will recruit and place qualified
The Recruiter Associate will be a hardworking profession able to
undertake a variety of recruiting tasks and work diligently under
pressure. The RA will be comfortable working with a high degree of
attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and
effective ways to achieve better results.
The Recruiter Associate will have responsibility for completing
search assignments provided to them. The RA will call potential
candidates and idea sources daily from a variety of sources. The RA
will have professional communication skills that will assist them
in quickly building rapport with potential candidates over the
phone. The RA will screen interested candidates for position
qualifications and overall fit. The RA will then work with
candidates through the interview process until one is placed. The
RA will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for
detail. Understanding of confidentiality principles is compulsory.
The Pompeo Group will rely on the RA for having multiple interested
and qualified candidates in a timely manner for each search
assignment and to ultimately place a candidate in every search

Make calls to potential candidates and idea sources daily
Screen interested candidates for qualification and fit for the
Arrange interviews for qualified, interested candidates
Coach candidates before each interview
Get feedback from candidates after each interview
Provide feedback to candidates after each interview
Work with candidates through the offer and acceptance phase of
the hiring process to ensure all offers made are accepted
Let candidates who are not moving forward in the process know
this in a professional and positive manner
Work with the placed candidate through resignation from their
previous company, including preparing them for the possibility of a
counteroffer and how to decline respectfully, to ensure a smooth
transition to their new company
