The Program Manager for Student-Veteran Initiatives and Programming will manage student-Veterans programs, including by not limited to, the Veterans Community Advocates (VCA). Responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, and developing VCA's to work with a variety of offices and colleges across campuses, including Regional campuses. Motivates and guides students in developing programming that benefits the greater military-connected population at Ohio State University. Liaises with a myriad of staff and faculty across the university to leverage opportunities, coordinate functions, and solve administrative problems. Oversees the programming budget for initiatives and ensures adherence to university guidelines. Integrates student programming into overall Military and Veterans Services (MVS) and The Office of Student Academic Success (OSAS) existing operations and future plans. Play a key role in Development's support for programming. Represents MVS to the greater university community and externally during events and planned outreach. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree; 3-5 years of direct work with student-veteran programming and initiatives in a higher education setting. Ability to work across various university entities, including academic and student affairs. Familiarity with OSU financial systems, student records, and databases. Supervisory/Managerial work with students, including training and education.
