Job Description

Our client, a regional technical sales organization, focused on the specialty chemical market, is seeking 3 highly qualified Customer Service Representatives to be responsible for accurate and timely entry of customer orders shipping from the company warehouses to the customers. The Customer Service Representatives will be providing pricing information, arranging special freight where required, provide tracking information and process returned material authorizations. In addition, they will be processing credit memos, incident reports and ongoing upkeep of customer comments specific to individual requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of call center or customer service experience in an industrial environment
  • 2 Year Associates Degree or higher level college degree preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills; ability to quickly learn and use industry specific software
  • Team player, also able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task in an environment with shifting priorities
