Job Description

Our client, a nationally recognized Construction company in the Cleveland area, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist responsible for all aspects of HR while supporting all employees.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Employee & Labor Relations
  • Benefits Administration
  • HR compliance & reporting
  • Workers Compensaiton
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Workplace Training & Employee Engagement


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources management or a related field; Certification or advanced training such as SPHR, PHR a plus
  • Background in employment law and other government compliance regulations is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook); high math aptitude and an understanding of the construction industry is preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Human Resources Management; experience with Viewpoint is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational & analytical skills required
