Job Description

The Middlefield Banking Company is a $1.1B publicly traded bank operating 14 branches, a LPL Financial® brokerage and a Loan Production Office in Northeast and Central Ohio. We are continually recognized as one of the most profitable community banks in the U.S.

The Middlefield Banking Company is growing and we need someone to work in partnership with the Human Resources Team. You need to be driven, resourceful and with good technical skills to get the job done.

This position is located in Middlefield, Ohio

In this position you will:

be responsible for the bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees and be the liaison to ADP and employees in 15 locations.

be responsible for the HRMS data and reports.

handle benefits administration, FMLA, COBRA, annual electronic open enrollment, managing benefit enrollments via ADP Carrier Connections, and be the liaison for employee questions.

manage the Applicant Tracking System and Talent Management Module in ADP.

educate employees about timekeeping, payroll, and self-service solutions to HRMS

conduct employee orientation, oversee background checks and new hire/termination paperwork.

handle all government and regulatory compliance reporting

collect and analyze data for a variety of human resources projects

oversee employee credentialing

maintain employee files

update and maintain policies and procedures

assist in recruitment and selection of employ

assist with incentive plans and performance management program

To be considered you will need:

A minimum of 5 years of payroll and human resources experience

Must have ADP Workforce Now, ADP Comprehensive Services preferred

HR or accounting degree preferred

Very strong analytical, organizational and time management skills

Able to work in a high growth environment

Outstanding computer skills and data entry to include intermediate knowledge with excel, Word, outlook and database softwares
