Job Description

In this role, you will…

* Assist in cleaning and maintaining sales prospect lists.
* Prepare leads for Direct Sales team to follow up on.
* Support Direct Sales team in gathering market intel.
* Execute miscellaneous projects that involve various types of data.
* Provide administrative support to all sales teams.
* Participate in company and community activities.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with…

* Minimum 1 year of college in business related field and an active student with at least one year of school remaining.
* Preferred GPA of 3.0 or better.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to prioritize tasks and grasp new concepts.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently.
* Strong PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Availability to work 10-20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours a week during the summer at Fort Wayne Headquarters.
* Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
