Job Description

About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Human Resources Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The HR Analyst lies within France Business Unit. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Head of People & Performance France. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. This role is polyvalent and strongly focused on business partnership and HR practice development in France.

In brief, you will be responsible for;

* Recruitment

With the support of European Talent Acquisition team and local agencies, you will be responsible for all ongoing recruitments from internships to middle and top management. You will oversee the brief in collaboration with functional teams, the attraction follow up and the first step of selection.

* Training

With the support of European Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for local deployment of the corporate training offer, and the development of local offer when needed. You will be the point of contact for functional leaders and managers to assess the needs, build a plan and execute it.

* Communication

Internal communication policy construction and deployment: newsletter, organization announcements etc.

External communication: campus management, external press communication.

* HR administration

You will support the Head of HR France in the general employee administration tasks in collaboration with payroll team: contracts, letters, hiring process, medical visits.

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

* Education: BAC +4/5 in Human Resources or Business School
* Work Experience: Open to new graduated, first experience as HR generalist intern
* Language Knowledge: French and English proficiency mandatory
