Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Our client, a worldwide leader in the industry has a newly created position for a very dynamic, pro-active change agent. Due to tremendous and fast growth, the position requires the review, evaluation and implementation of best practices in this area. Excellent salary and benefits are available.

We are seeking a highly skilled trainer/curriculum developer who will be well rewarded monetarily and will gain the respect of management and the customer service team globally. This is a highly visible role; one where great impact can be achieved. Fortunately, the customer service departments, presently operate at a high level.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an alpha environment
  • Proven success as a trainer within a global organization
  • Software and/or Financial Services experience necessary
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
  • Hands-on leader
  • Interest in no travel
Phenomenal comp and benefits package. Average tenure of staff is 8 - 18 years.

Relocation, is available.
