Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Role and Responsibilities
 
The overall responsibility of the Branch Manager is to continuously manage and grow the local Detroit, MI area market share, provide continuous improvement on client and consultant related operations, train and grow the local sales and recruiting staff and manage the local P&L to ensure both topline and bottom-line growth.
 
The Branch Manager is expected to maintain his/her own book of business.  The percentage of time performing personal sales is proportionate to the size and number of employees in the office.  Branch Manager is expected to lead by example, to maintain and grow existing customers, generate and grow new accounts while managing the office. Branch Manager Is responsible for managing sales, recruiters, admin and IT staff.
 
The Branch Manager's key metrics include Gross Margin %, Revenue Growth, NOP, and headcount growth, and employee growth and retention.

Requirements 
  • 3+ years of experience selling IT staffing, consulting, staff augmentation or RPO services.
  • Experience in recruiting, business development, account management and sales in an IT staffing company
  • 1 or more years of experience mentoring and training recruiting and sales staff in an IT staffing, consulting, staff augmentation or RPO services company
  • Demonstrated history of sales success, new business development and top performance
  • 4-year college degree
  • 3-5 years of total business experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership, prioritization, negotiation, and time management skills 
Exceptional Compensation includes: Salary 80-100K, Commissions on personal book of billable hours (% of gross margin), Annual Branch bonuses, Quarterly Bonuses based on revenue growth over prior QTR, general management, generating new clients, etc. can generate a potential annual income of $150-$175K.  Comprehensive benefits packages includes: 401(k) retirement plan, medical and prescription drug insurance, dental, vision, term life and disability insurance, educational assistance, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, medical spending accounts and more.
