minuteKey, the world leader in self-service key duplication machines, is entering a unique growth stage as a company. Transitioning from being a startup, minuteKey is now a division of the Hillman Group, and now operates thousands of machines across North America. As we enter this new stage in our history, we are able to take on increasingly ambitious new projects in addition to operating our fast-growing fleet of key duplication machines.



To manage data analysis projects and processes between multiple departments, including operations, deployment, marketing, and finance.

Role and Responsibilities:

* General analysis and ad hoc reporting
* Revenue reporting and forecasting
* Operations planning and process improvement
* Deployment planning and forecasting
* Customer service analysis
* KPI tracking and reporting
* Tracking and reporting of revenue optimization projects
* Mapping/GIS analysis
* Create and implement policies and procedures and make changes to same when necessary
* Provide expert advice on systems policies/procedures and changes
* Implement policies and processes to improve reporting and improve internal customer experience


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

* College degree (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting)
* Demonstrable project management experience
* Demonstrable technical training or skills
* Experience working with a distributed workforce
* Ability to work "hands-on' and to be in a position of autonomy
* Must have advanced Microsoft Excel experience and ability and interest to learn new skills
