The Financial Reporting Staff Accountant position assists in all areas of financial reporting, including financial statements, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and provided to senior management and the Company's board of directors. This position assists in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and is responsible for financial statement consolidation process and cash flow preparation. The Financial Reporting Staff Accountant also supports and assists with the maintenance and review of internal controls related to the financial reporting process.

* Supports and assists with the maintenance and review of internal controls related to the financial reporting process
* Performs monthly consolidation and translation process using the company's consolidation tool and works with United States and International accounting teams to review subsidiary financial statements for accuracy
* Prepares intercompany eliminations and works with United States and International accounting teams to correct any discrepancies
* Prepares and ensures accuracy of monthly consolidated statement of cash flows
* Prepares and ensures accuracy of monthly financial reporting packages for senior management
* Collaborates with other departments to gather information necessary for disclosure
* Assists with preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP (including XBRL) to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and Annual Report
* Remains current on FASB and SEC developments and assists with technical accounting research
* Participates in maintenance of documentation and testing of financial reporting internal controls
* Provides assistance to external auditors during quarterly reviews/annual audits
* Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met

* College degree in Accounting or Finance required
* CPA, active license status a plus
* 1-3 years' experience in accounting or related field
* Public accounting experience a plus
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP/technical accounting principles and internal control processes is required
* Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
* Strong computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required with an emphasis on Excel
* Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, prioritize diverse tasks and respond quickly to management requests
* Experience with Cognos Controller, MerrillBridge, and/or Microstrategy a plus
* Experience and proficiency with XBRL tagging and reporting a plus
* SOX experience a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
