The Development Operations Associate is a key member of Development Operations and is responsible for supporting the data management functions of the team. This includes preparation of prospect reports, gift records, processing and reporting, balancing daily accounts, donor account information, profile preparation, gift entry, daily acknowledgements, invoice processing, and additional support as needed.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration or data entry.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to be discreet and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

  • Demonstrated independent, mature judgment.

  • Ability to consistently maintain a professional image and demeanor.

  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a collaborative approach.

  • Ability to successfully prioritize to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn and use various database and planning software; familiarity with Tessitura highly desirable.

  • No travel required.
