Facility Security Intern Required Qualifications

* Must be a US Citizen
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* The ability to review Program Security Guides and Government Directive
* Candidate pursuing degree in a Security related field including, but not limited to:
* Criminal Justice
* Homeland Security
* Information Systems Security/Cybersecurity
* Industrial Security
* Must be able to work with multiple customers taking directions, providing feedback and must be able to build effective team and customer relationships through open and effective communications.
* Must have very strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
* Must thrive in a very fluid, dynamic, and fast-paced environment with multiple customers.
* Must demonstrate the ability to champion change in a collaborative, inclusive manner.
* Must be able to build effective team and customer relationships through open and effective communication. Must have the ability to proactively shape horizontal thinking and processes.
* Must have strong written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal relations, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
* Must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
* Must possess a strong oral and written communication and presentation skills to communicate observations and makes recommendations to leadership.
* Demonstrate an ability to work well within a dynamic group environment
* Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
