Job Description

Supply Chain Management and Operations (Fabrication Division) is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Services Coordinator for one of the HR Service Centers at the Everett site. As the initial point of contact for employees in the HR Service Center, the HR Services Coordinator ensures a positive, timely, efficient customer service experience for any employee entering the Center. Responds to employee questions and serves as employee advocate to identify resources for resolution of issues and concerns. Instructs/guides employees on the use of Human Resources self service applications and provides policy and procedure guidance. Elevates issues as appropriate for resolution. Provides administrative support to the HR function: Creates ad hoc reports, provides data (extracted from various HR systems) to support trend analysis, HR metrics, and presentation materials. Maintains confidentiality of information. Assists with scheduling & coordinating workshops, facilitates team meetings. Ensures a common experience for site employees.

Typical Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bring your demonstrated, exceptional Customer Service skills to a dynamic customer base and potentially any Boeing employee who enters the HR Service Center. Enthusiastic, skilled, energetic communication skills necessary for this position. Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project) skills strongly preferred. Knowledge of internal Boeing Systems (i.e., BERT, HRMS, Total Access and EITS) strongly preferred. May support alternate shifts.

Security clearance and/or US citizenship may be required.
