You must have prior success managing a strong inside sales or customer service process. You have a consistent record of passionately striving to achieve results, convey a strong desire to win and have a reputation for not giving up. You have a successful career history of exceeding performance expectations. You must be a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection proof, and work well independently.

You're able to plan and manage yourself and your time effectively. You stay focused on key priorities, accept responsibility, and you value coaching, feedback, and the opportunity to learn and develop. You can successfully apply what you learn to the job. You connect quickly with the customer, establishing rapport, identifying needs and providing solutions. You tune in accurately to the opinions, feelings and needs of people. You listen actively and are convincing and persuasive in selling a vision. You effectively deal with objections and recognize when the prospect is ready to be closed and convert the opportunity into a sale.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Google Apps
  • Strategic Management, Project Management, and Customer Relationship Management tools helpful but not required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
