Position Summary

The Human Resources Intern must be a highly-motivated, self-driven team player that can perform in a fast-changing business environment.

The Human Resources Intern reports to the Human Resources Business Partner.

Position Responsibilities and Requirements:

* Support Human Resources with ongoing or new projects - may include recruiting, on-boarding, engagement, compliance, or talent development
* Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management and employees.
* Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts, and other pertinent information.
* Able to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.

Education and Schedule Requirements:

* Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in business management, human resource management, industrial relations program, or related field.
* Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher and have completed at least 96 credit hours at the time of the Summer Intern Program (May 2020)
* Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program (May 25, 2020 - August 7, 2020)
