Job Description

* Design, document, and overseethe build of Prototype hardware
* Development of test proceduresfor prototypes.
* Execution of hardware checkoutand characterization testing.
* Contribute and report onproject milestones.
* Collaborate in the detaileddesign research and circuit simulation new hardware development.
* Support to field testactivities.
* Junior or Senior working towards a BSME degree.
* Knowledgeable in mechanical design
* Experience with CAD design tool, preferably Unigraphics
* Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks,solve problems, meet deadlines, and show a strong self-motivation, andinitiative.
* Proficient in handling lab equipment, tools, and instrumentation,e.g., calipers, force & strain gauge, etc
* Solid understanding of Physics
* Capable of documenting work within an established configurationmanagement process
* Ability to perform dimensional, structural and mass propertyanalysis is a plus
* Knowledge of mechanical component fabrication processes is aplus

You will be partof highly skilled team and need to interface with other team members, includingthose of other engineering disciplines. Additional job duties could includesystems level requirements analysis, design, and proposal input. You may alsobe involved in prototype hardware assembly and subsystem/system testing forproducts you've helped to develop.
