About the Job

Here's your chance to work as part of a dynamic and challenging engineering team on the latest semiconductor technology within the Analog Technology Development team.

The ATD team creates world-class manufacturing technologies by:

* Developing new process platforms with step-function improvements in performance and cost
* Extending roadmap process technologies with new features, models and reduced costs
* Creating innovative, breakthrough technologies for new markets and new products
* Develop ESD/Latch-Up robustness for TI's analog, mixed-signal, and CMOS processing technologies. - Develop strategies for continuously monitoring the impact of process variation on ESD/Latch-Up performance.
* Maintain ESD protection structure libraries and Latch-Up design guideline documents to be used by TI analog design engineers and I/O cell developers.
* Provide ESD/Latch-Up protection support both locally and worldwide.

Minimum requirements

* Currently pursing a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or ECE

Preferred qualifications:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
* Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
* Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
* Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
* Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
