Job Description

Job Summary

We are searching for an Intern (Bachelor's Candidate) - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll function in a learning and support position under departmental leadership of the hospital.

Responsibilities

* Prepares and assists with special projects for the department leadership and/or project sponsor by agreed-upon deadlines
* Completes comprehensive analysis
* Prepares materials and organizes presentations to various constituents and committees
* Drafts minutes and summaries and maintains updated meeting documentation and official records
* Coordinates and accurately maintains committee meeting calendars
* Ensures all committee records and files are updated and organized at all times
* Attends other regularly scheduled and required meetings (e.g., standing committees, ad hoc committees, meetings specific to current internship, project meetings)

Qualifications

* Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
* Health care experience preferred
