SUMMARY
The Company Identity & Reputation Advisor is a member of Andeavor’s Company Identity & Reputation team within the Corporate Affairs function. The Advisor supports the implementation of our new Company name, logo and other Identity elements as well as the development and execution of programs that shape, steward, evolve and measure the Company’s Identity and reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages corporate brand and reputation initiatives, including planning, organization and implementation of project activities and communications strategies to support Company Identity and reputation objectives
  • Communicates with internal, cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies to meet project requirements
  • Establishes and maintains project plans and schedules to ensure successful project execution
  • Plans and implements special events, activities and photo/video shoots
  • Conducts research, including competitor and trend research related to Identity and reputation programs and opportunities, and provides writing, formatting and proofreading support
  • Manages, analyzes, responds to and tracks internal and external name and logo use permission requests and other inquiries to team mailboxes
  • Maintains logo use guidelines and branded templates designed for enterprise use
  • Supports the execution of annual compliance audits for the Company’s Identification Standards policy and related policies and procedures
  • Coordinates, monitors and analyzes project budget, including processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Coordinates with external vendors, including public relations, marketing and research firms, writers, graphic designers, photographers and videographers and participates in administration of contracts
  • Ensures ongoing coordination/alignment with Company Purpose work
  • Prepares KPIs and dashboards for review

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, business, social sciences or related field required

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, community relations, public affairs or business management.
  • Data tracking and analysis and/or research management experience required.
  • Project management experience preferred.

SKILLS

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details
  • Creative storyteller and familiarity with a broad range of internal and external communications channels
  • Basic knowledge of data management processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of technology platforms such as SAP or other data management and visualization tools
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a high-degree of accountability and accuracy
  • Ability to work across business lines, collaborate and interact with all levels of employees
