Job Description

Acquisitions Analyst
Terranova Corporation is hiring an Acquisitions
Analyst. Position requires informed real estate investment and
acquisition decisions by analyzing financial information to
forecast business, industry, and economic
conditions. Interpret data on price, yield, stability, future
investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors
affecting real estate investment and acquisitions for the
company. Recommend real estate investments and investment
timing to the company. Prepare plans of action for real estate
investment and acquisition, using financial analyses. Present oral
and written reports on real estate economic trends. Conduct
acquisition analyses related to real estate investments in green
construction or green retrofitting projects. Prepare charts and
graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical
reports. Prepare financial models and underwriting for asset-level
or entity-level acquisition and dispositions, including debt and
equity transactions. Prepare internal investment memoranda and
other presentation materials. Review due diligence reports and
other transaction documents to ensure consistency and underwriting.
Participate in the acquisition effort to select target investment
strategies, markets, and opportunities. Prepare debt and equity
packages, including interaction with sources of capital, to
structure and negotiate optimal projection capitalization.
Communicate with management, lenders, investors, and partners
regarding ongoing project status, variance reporting, and
performance metrics.
The position requires proficiency using Argus software, a
commercial real estate software for asset valuation, portfolio
management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting,
acquisitions and dispositions, and underwriting; proficiency that
is measured by 12 months of experience using the software. Req'd:
Bachelor's in Finance or International Economics. Registered
license to drive motor vehicle in the State of Florida. Email
