PURPOSE/SCOPE: 

  • This position will be responsible for assisting in the development, roll out, and follow up of new Offerings, Expectations, and Pilots for Field Service. 

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:    

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and/or improve existing and proposed processes
  • Clearly articulate gaps in processes and provide viable solutions in an effort to solve
  • Provide guidance to Product Development, New Business Development, and Sales teams around feasibility of Service Expectations
  • Act as SME for Field Service, Field Service Support, and all supporting systems
  • Ensure all customers involved in new offerings are set up accurately in all Tennant Systems
  • Create and maintain procedural documents for all new offerings and pilots
  • Work collaboratively with all Tennant business partners; including but not limited to:  Credit, Customer Master, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Service
  • Document and provide feedback for all wins and opportunities
  • Coach and train Tennant business partners on new processes/expectations for service.
  • Act as a liaison to other partners on behalf of Field Service Support and Field Service
  • Act as a backup for all Field Service Support tasks as time permits

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced PC and PC application skills
  • Advanced SAP experience preferred
  • 2+ years in Tennant Experience preferred

  • Builds and maintains solid relationships with Field Service Leaders and internal partners

  • Identifies and prioritizes problems accurately, constructively, and in a timely manner
  • Interacts and communicates effectively with others across levels and departments
  • Shifts and adjusts priorities in order to meet emerging needs, able to adapt his/her approach as the requirements of a situation change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
