Job Description

Position Summary

The Litigation Team is responsible for investigating and resolving legal contacts and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the clerical needs of the Litigation Analysts and the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Open, read and distribute mail appropriately within 24 hours.
* Handle all incoming faxes.
* File all hard copy documents.
* Set up meetings as needed
* Make outbound calls as needed per department guidelines.
* Daily creation and distribution of selected reports
* Monthly performance recaps facilitating supplier billings
* Maintain office supplies and equipment as needed (ie: fax and copy machines)
* Copying and distributing of reports
* Perform other clerical/administrative responsibilities as deemed necessary or as assigned



Years of Experience Required:

Some administrative support experience desired.

* High school diploma required.


* Excellent customer service ability.

* Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook

* Ability to multi-task.

* Flexible to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

* Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written).

* Time management and organizational skills.
