Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW: A growing IT service company is adding to their staff a full time Windows Field Service Support Tech. As their success continues, they recognize the need to have a strong team of dedicated individuals working to keep their clients running smoothly. They are partnering with TeamBradley to find a Windows Field Service Support Tech. This person will handle Windows support calls in office and travel to local clients that need face to face support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong skills with Windows 7/10
  • 2+ years of Help Desk experience supporting hardware & software
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, network devices, PCs, operating system software and Office applications
  • Must have a passion for customer service
  • Open to 50% travel to local clients
  • Must have own transportation for Chicago area travel to clients
