Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW of the eServices Manager: TeamBradley is collaborating with a non-profit organization that provides a variety of financial services to their clients. The company is looking to expand and add an eServices Manager to their growing eServices department. This person will be responsible for implementation, development and overall support of eServices, as well as managing staff and the delivery channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the eServices Manager:
Supports and promotes business applications
Keeps pace with new trends and technology solutions
Is the liaison between, marketing, new product development and product assessment of usage and work to bolster the eService of the company's banking procedures
Supports omni channel communication
Works with vendor, clients, customers and stakeholders
Documents plan, assesses risk, develops processes, implementation, issues, solutions and seeks to continually improve the eServices experience as well as analysing usage trends
Manages eService staff
Manages eService department including, staff, budget and all training - ensuring team success

REQUIREMENTS for the eServices Manager:
Bachelor's degree with strong background in Business, Communications, Online Marketing
3+ years experience working in a financial institution
Strong background and hands on experience working with electronic products, customer/client services, and software applications
3+ years management experience
Project Manager experience with in-depth electronic applications and usages
Strong track record building customer relationship within the company in various department and leadership
Excellent written and oral communications skills

LOCATION: Lincolnshire, IL area
