Job Description


Our client, a growing retailer in the Atlanta area, recently partnered with TeamBradley to find a dynamic retail Point of Sale IT Support Specialist.


  • Install hardware and peripherals, load appropriate software packages, and assist to meet users' requirements
  • Provide telephone, in-person and online support, updates, status and completion information
  • Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications
  • Assists in research and procurement of computer accessories and supplies
  • Refers major hardware problems to service personnel
  • Administers e-mail and anti-virus systems


  • Associate's degree.
  • 2+ years of IT support experience in a retail environment.
  • Experience supporting POS software (ideally Pinnacle).
  • Open to rotational 24/7 on call responsibility.
