Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW of the Quality Analyst: TeamBradley is collaborating with a thriving financial services corporation that is dedicated to providing their clients outstanding products. This expanding, stable company with consistent growth over the last decade is adding a Quality Analyst to their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Quality Analyst:

  • Responsible for analysing business systems and improving processes
  • Responsible for bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT
  • Utilize deep practical experience, along with solid independent Information Technology knowledge
  • Develop knowledge on the structure, policies, tools and operations of the organization

REQUIREMENTS for the Quality Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years experience in a Quality Analyst role.
  • 2+ years experience with Agile/Scrum and automation.
  • Specific experience within the life insurance industry preferred.
  • Track record of managing both independent workload and able to support ongoing large complex projects and multiple business/team functions.
