Job Description

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Intern II to learn, grow and apply knowledge of adult learning and training theory on the Learning & Performance Team. The position is responsible for administrative duties in the learning management system, tracking training completions and compiling training analytics, and assisting with the design and development of training curriculum.

Shift Available

* Negotiable but preference is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities Include:

* Administrative duties as assigned in the LMS
* Tracking training completions and compiling training analytics
* Design and development of curriculum assistance

Minimum Qualifications:

* Understanding of Adult Learning
* Data Analysis basics
* Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications:

* Facilitation and/or Presentation Skills
* Training Design
* Trending Learning Technology
