Job Description

As an Entry Level Business Operations Analyst with Taylor Communications, you will be the conduit of information that passes between the operations, business, marketing and IT teams in order to efficiently convert our customer's needs into superior operating results. This position collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems. As you work with development and design professionals, you will be asked to optimize your demonstrated communication skills. You will be updating and implementing business processes, identifying opportunities for business process improvement and creating/reporting business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Connect dots within business, technology, and manufacturing
* Take connected and disconnected dots into framework, engaging teams to contribute and deliver
* Create and generate meaningful, timely business dashboards
* Own a business location or business unit, collaborating with teammates owning other business units, driving consistency and business goal achievement
* Flexible with an eye toward the stated goals with achievable, actionable steps in the delivery journey
* Manage continuous improvement projects driving time, cost, and quality performance gains.
* Help lead projects by creating project requirements, coordinating appropriate staff and implementing projects in a timely and accurate fashion.
* Coordinate efforts and project plans with the a variety of team including sales channels, marketing, design, development, data, product marketing and others to implement application and online solutions
* Resolve problems related to applications; determine and recommend improvements
* Interpret and communicate overall directives
* Research and resolve customer problems; recommend and implement (where applicable) modifications to the processes

Qualifications:

* MS Office Suite: Excel, Visio
* Knowledge of Sharepoint
* Create and contribute to process documentation
* College degree and 2+ years of professional experience or a relevant combination of education, certification and experience.
* Ability to organize and manage complex tasks and projects
* Ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
