Job Title:                      Change Agent (Engineering Bias)

Salary Range:               £25,253 - £44,325 + Benefits

What will you do exactly? As part of The Maintenance Excellence Change team you will find out where there are possibilities for improvement in the field of people and mind-set shifts needed. While we have concrete projects for you, we also expect you to identify improvements under your own steam. In order to carry improvements through properly, you will sit together with different parties; from senior management down to the people on the shop floor. The great thing is that you will not just talk about changing behaviour and  improvement possibilities endlessly, but will actually get to train and work with the teams. In some instances you will need to tackle the real issues about change of mind-sets and focus on continuous people improvement and sustainability tracking.

The teams with whom you will integrate with will be dedicated to the development of their people and you will gain exposure to multiple works areas, achieving results through people and changing the way we work.

If you think you have what it takes, then you are likely to possess a number of the skills/qualifications/experience from the list below:

  • The ability to lead groups of people
  • Coaching, direction and support to senior leaders  within Strip UK
  • Previous experience in people and change management
  • One to one coaching of individuals and teams across the business
  • Possess excellent communication and social skills
  • Feel very strongly about team work
  • Ambitious and driven by results
  • Self-starter with high levels of motivation
  • Engineering background is desirable.
