A role in Finance Process & Technology means providing world-class client service that maximizes the business value of enterprise and technology strategies, including the Finance systems portfolio. Your focus will be to ensure the Finance organization is ready, willing and able to function at their best throughout transitions and transformations today and in the future.

As a Lead Finance Change Consultant, you will:

Serve as an interface point for your Finance business client's team member development and behavior change needs. Identify the most critical transitions, talent gaps or key moments which require talent development and/or change management support (in partnership with HR and senior leaders). Increase change capability within the Finance client group as you:

* Synthesize and/or distill organization and IT strategies into consumable, people-centric components
* Develop, refine, and market a common portfolio of development tools available to everyone when they need them
* Create learning experiences to invest and build new capabilities prioritized with the Finance Leadership Team
* Develop our talent (team members and leaders) through large organizational transitions
* Gather insights and data about our talent, health, and mindset at all levels to inform the development needs of the future
* Identify and amplify stories of impact to showcase proof points of what's working well

About you:

* 4-year college degree or equivalent experience (Prosci and/or other Change Management certification preferred)
* Broad talent development and/or change management experience
* Experience leading large complex cross-functional efforts and programs (including development and management of intake, root cause analysis, scope assessment, resource recommendations, and consulting)
* Experience developing robust strategic communication plans (Public Relations/ Marketing skills)
* Proven ability to build broad and deep business acumen quickly
* Experience curating and developing a portfolio of internal and external development content
* Proven ability in driving results through collaboration across global departments & teams
* Background in either facilitation or design thinki
