Employment Status

Full-Time, On-site


  • Develops, tests and maintains end-to-end data extracts and processes.
  • Work in a collaborative environment and contribute to a high performing team to optimize SQL statements.
  • Process clinical data, including receipt, entry, verification, or filing of information.
  • Generate data queries, based on validation checks or errors and omissions identified during data entry, to resolve identified problems.
  • Develop project-specific data management plans that address areas such as coding, reporting, or transfer of data, database locks, and work flow processes.

Preferred Experience

  • 1-3 Years experience with SQL Relational Database Design/Development
  • Performance Tuning
  • Error handling via TRY/CATCH with event logging
  • Locking/block management
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and networking principles
  • Experience in SSIS, SSRS and Service Broker is a plus
  • Healthcare experience and/or knowledge of HL7 preferred but not required
  • Experience with MS Team Foundation Server is a plus
  • Experience working with Cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure is a plus
  • Experience with C# preferred

Required Skills

  • Programming - Writing computer programs for various purposes.
  • Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
  • Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
    • Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred. Relevant experience considered
